This may be true, but you'll get wicked good 60 foots!

I did hotlap my Evo that night... and my best pass was my 9th or 10th run after practicing launching. The car'll take it, but you'll go through clutches in like 5000 miles. (Libertyville Mitsubishi says I have the record for a new clutch in 4200 miles... and this was BEFORE ever taking it to the track.) my 2nd clutch came after 16000 miles.. that one lasted a while for some reason.

Was an 03. I miss ol' red.

Then again I'd rather get a college degree and drive a 98 Cobra, then work full time and drive an Evo... I'm sure I'll buy another one in a couple years.

I ran a 13.5@105 with a 2.34 60ft lol. I took off as if I was at a stop light, I was so impress I still ran a 13.5. I wanna know what i'll run with like a 1.7 60ft

Horrible reaction time but I was focusing on my launches and not my reaction.
This is my Best 60' so far but not my best ET.
Drop Clutch at I think around 5.2 - 5.4k but not exactly sure.
Must have gotten lucky with the 60' because my previous 60's were REALLY BAD!
My trap speed looks pretty low but I didn't let off at the end. I was running w/ 1.5 kg/cm2 (AVC-R) w/ 92/100/114 Mix.

Most Evo's with the mods that I have would probably run Mid to hi 12's but I'll just blame it on my slow shifting, bad track, and the humidity here in Hawaii.

And yes I lost since I brokeout but I was still pleased because of the 60'.

Noice 60 foot. My best 60 foot was a 1.68 but the time was only a 13.5... probably just didn't get it through gears that fast. I never got a good pass in my Evo when it was modded... the first time I took it to the track modded I blew intercooler piping on the way there... and the 2nd time I left my house, and about 5 minutes into the drive I floored it to see what kind of boost I was making and my clutch slipped. I'm sure I could've gotten a 12.7-12.8 with the mods (K&N drop in, testpipe w/ stock exhaust, AMS lower intercooler piping, fuel pump, S-AFC, AMS MBC running 25-26 PSI on half 110 octane) if not faster.

It makes me sick to see guys posting so high MPH's. I run 12.50, .60's's all day, with 1.7-1.8 60' and could not trap higher than 110. Maybe the ALKY will help a little bit, and some better driving
