Hey guys, okay...i have a question...i was getting ready to buy an 03 tarmac black evo that was in great shape and shifted awesome. The car had 27k miles on it. Everything was good to go then i found this in the car fax. I was buying the car from a chevy dealer for 23k...

Im picking the car up tomorrow to take to get looked at. What do you guys think I should do....should I walk and buy the other option which is an 03 silver evo with 37k miles on it for 22k that i know the history of. ..Should I offer lower (if so how much) and if they say no i walk. Or should i get it checked out and if all is okay just take the car and be done with it...plz help i have like 1 day to decide on this car LoL. Thanks guys

23k for 27k miles and a moderate rear end? That seems a bit high IMO.

don't buy a pre smashed up evo plus they want to much for it with the miileage it has on it I would look for a different evo. It may take a while to find one but think of how much money you are spending, you want something that is worth it.

Thats to much for an 03 with that many miles. 19-20k would be a good price.

03 silver evo with 37k miles on it for 22k! Now that's a good deal. I'd jump on that and forget the one with the accident. Dealerships are full of extras, I doubt you can get an 05 for 27k.

Ya, dont go for that one, you can do better on price and quality. From the report it got rearended...so may not have be the orgininal owners error, but still it was enough to case damage and repair.

Well when you work for Mitsu you can

But you may find dealers wanting to unload at the end of the model run, you just have to search around.

MSRP + 0% is doable
