yes, because it is a well known fact that dealers really know their stuff and they never bs anybody

and even if it is not his car, why the hell do you care so much?!?!??!?! he posted pics of a usdm evo 9 which is what everybody wanted to see...

There are several people on this board who have seen this car personally and know the guy. The Huntington Mitsubishi apparently has a black one for sale too. I dont know why you doubt the guy until you have complete reason to do so.
