Man shut up!!! If you have nothing to help the guy out then just shut up.I hate jerk offs.
Any way, if you tires can g9o a lil longer I would get the exhaust. If you have $700 you're still good. Lancershop is selling the Hi-power non 30th for like $518 dollars. It don't cost too much to get installed. You will still have money left over for something. Hope this helps

I wouldn't just buy 2 new tires. With AWD you have to replace all four. I would get a catback and some type of tune. turboimport.com has a HKS catback for 499. And a mail in flash from dynoflash is 199.

Top 3 mods: exhaust, cams, flash. If you can afford nothing more than a couple hundred get a flash that allows for your exhaust to be on one day. Then do the 3"TBE when you have money. Come back for cams and reflash. The stock BOV, in my opinion (2003), is junk and will need to be replaced after about 10K miles anyway. Go with Works for your flash and no MBC required.

Good luck!
