Forge mbc spring change?

I just bought the new Forge mbc, when I installed it, I never changed the spring, and it's not holding the boost, does anyone have any idea how to take it apart? do I unscrew the top or what?

So what's the answer? Unscrew it? Or do you pull the dial part straight off?

It could be that he just installed it with the vacuum lines reversed. That could certainly cause this issue.
