OOO I didn't think of that one. Cause i'm 21 and a video student, so i'm only able to work part time, lots of schooling for becoming a film guy. And having them pay for the car while it was gone. That would make my life 11ty billion times easier.

yeah I gonna go for the payments too as I made over 2k in payments while mine was in there...gonna call mitsu now and file arbitration again..

 

I called Mitsu earlier and they said they haven't heard squat yet on the parts. I'm starting to become moderately peeved off now.

 

yeah tell me about it...Dude my part ( piston) took 9 weeks to get here!!!! YES 9 weeks!!the guys at the dealership were as cool as they could be, but Mitsu owes me a new car on this one...I spent almost 4K while the car was sitting on payments,insurance, and taxes..not even to mention depreciation..Anyways, good luck, I am trying to decide whether to continue to fight this or not..what you guys think..The car is fixed now, but I did have to take it in for an oil leak,where again I waited on parts, and half the motor was taken apart..they did hook me up with a brand new Endeavor this time...Ill wuit now, as you can tell this still bothers me..

 

If you're willing I would fight it. I know once I hit the 30+ day mark i'm going in and raising a little tail here and there. But in a nice way lol

 

i dont know about mitsu, but daimlerchrysler only covers 5 days for a rental! my srt was in the shop for 4 weeks, and i wasnt told that it was only coverd for 5 days. so i had a $500 f*ckin rental bill! chrysler said that its the dealers responsibilty to pay for it, the dealer says no way in heck, its chryslers responsibilty. its a frickin headache! especially cause i have another car that i could have driven. i HATE dealerships. so im off to court here soon if things arnt taken care of!

 

Called mitsu today. Part was gauranteed to be in yesterday. They say "haven't heard any word"
