I am just wondering, i've been offered 29k OTD for a GSR, is that the best price i can expect to receive?

i saw on cars.com a dealer in california selling the 05 gsr non ssl for 25998. don't know which state you are in so don't know if adding the taxes and etc will make it for then 29otd. seems like a good deal. when i got my evolution last yr i got it for 31550otd and that was with ssl. so makes sense.
