Lots of options out there, but one good one was left out PLX-Devices. They were the first ones to have a wireless connection to a logging device, ie, laptop. They have alot of options, lots of logging. They have a new model out R-500, reads A/F, EGT, Boost, Knock and has some sort of dyno feature. With the new technology out there, there really isn't a need to go out and spend between $800-$2,000 for a wideband unit. Unless tunning is your profession, the price isn't worth it.

Innovative, Zeitronix, AEM or PLX-Devices are good choices. The AEM gauge I believe still doesn't read richer than 11:1. I personally ran the PLX-300 which has a display very similar to the FJO, has datalogging and an output for narrowband in case you want to replace your front o2 or rear o2 for the wideband. Plus the o2 sensors are very cheap to replace for most of these units, they go between $50-$70 depending on where you get them.

Hope this helps.

I think a wideband is an absolout waste without being able to datalog with RPM points.

a gauge is nice and flashy and all, but really less important that someone to log and tune with.

I know you can data log with the LC-1 and the UEGO. You are correct the LC-1 gauge is extra $$. it's worth it though, its not just for show, I glance at my A/F when i hit boost all the time so i know exactly whats going on inside my engine.

I have the AEM....its ok but i think i would go a different route for a couple reasons.....the first being that it doesn't read below 11.0 AFR

i like the innovate products, always great quality, i bought my UEGO thinking i was getting the EMS but then i crashed my '03 and everything changed

just the standalone gauge (xd) allows you to log, at least i'm logging :dontknow:

i don't remember the price, but it was mid 300's shipped. i'd highly reccommend it. I bought the tuner for utec, and ended up selling it back to a great vendor on here, because i'm using the xd-1 setup instead.

Which WB's allow you to log RPM right off the bat?
