EVO insurance cost?
30 yrs, married, 1 spd ticket (thanks alot, Kansas State Police!)
$933/6 months (Liberty Mutual). Just renewed it today. I was paying almost $1300/6 month with Progressive, so at least I caught a bit of a break with the company change. Deductable is $500, btw.

I'm 24 and paying 1170 every 6 months on the EVO in carroll county with the best coverage possible through allstate. it goes up 1000 bucks for me if I move to Baltimore City, Owings Mills would go up about 700 and it stays the same for Towson area. All of the above are for 6 months. Hope this helps!! BTW...deductible is 100 comp/500 collision

Terpevo, where in carroll county. I graduated from Westminster High 98. Statefarm just quoted me 886/6 months w/ 100k/300k w/ 500 dedectuables. Pretty good. Going to do progressive online and see what they say.

If you get into an accident, and the police come and assign fault and ticket the other driver, you have no reason whatsoever to notify your own insurance company. Simply call the person who hit you's insurance company, file the claim with them, they'll fix your car and send you on your way. People who notify their own insurance company about accidents they've been involved in which weren't their fault are simply bending over and saying "Thank you sir may I have another!"
As for the bank/finance comment about coverages, you must carry comp and collision if your car is financed. Some banks require certain deductibles, but most don't care as long as you have the coverage in place. Most banks WILL notice if you pull that coverage off or never get it in the first place. It may take them awhile to do so, but it will happen and they will send you ugly letters in the mail. After getting the letters, if you don't satisfy the requirement, they will forceplace the most expensive insurance you've ever seen in your life on your car and build the cost into your car payment. Now before people go crying about that being unfair, think about it a minute. If you finance a 36k car, and wrap it around a telephone pole, are you really going to want to keep paying that car payment even after the car is gone? Doubtful. The bank realizes this, so requires comp and collision so when you do total the car, they get paid, and you can move on with your life.
im 25, plenty of tickets, but oddly none of them have ever shown up on my insurance...with multi care and multi line discounts when i get the 06 EVO MR my insurance will be 171 a month...lower if i make it my primary vehicle
