They are always downloadable for the first few days...so if you are slow to get them, then you don't get to download them

The bandwith goes sky high when they can be downloaded

If a 35R hits full boost in the mid 4K range a 42R which is 40% BIGGER shouldn't see full boost until the mid 5K range. Any real data on this?
