Check out my sig for the list of mods you could do. Minus the clutch will keep you well within budget and mid to low 12's should be doable with 100 octane unleaded. Save up for the clutch and and an alky/methanol kit if you want to run higher boost on pump with the money you have left over.

best bang for the buck and no waste like for VTA BOV all you will gain stock is stalling issues and the sound, only helpfull if you are running more boost. Good luck
