Help Exhaust Hanger

Whats up guys been trying to get the Muffler hanger located next to the rear wheel off. Used WD40 and been tryin to muscle it off but it hasnt budged at all? Any tip's on what to do?

i allways use some kind of spray lube, Pb blaster/wd-40 ect...

I took my whole thing off today as well. I then used soapy water to get it off. Works like a charm and isn't chemically harmful to the rubber. I've heard that the wd40 and **** can eat away at your rubber hanger. All hear say though use it if it works for you, soapy *** water in a squirt bottel is my choice.
