order of operations for 05' tuning n00bie

Well I thinks its that time to start modifying my car but I am the biggest noob , Should there be a special order when installing these mods? This is what I have my eyes on so far....

HKS Hi power catback with hi flo cat (Anyone recommend a better catback for 05'? I like looks and sound of this one...Buschurs tip is too small for my liking.)
MBC (what is best brand for 05?)
Dynoflash
Downpipe

do a search, but i would not recommend the hks, the exhaust exit is set up very poorly and IMHO looks like crap. Hallman MBC is usually a good option. If price is not an option check out the APS and Vishnu exhausts. Buschur is good bang for the buck but you said you don't like that. If your heart is set on the HKS get the one from RNR racing. It actually exits the rear bumper properly. That is a good start for a quick 70 or so HP with a custom flash. Cams would be the next logical progression.

Since you are in a state with emissions laws you might want to keep the stock downpipe/cat. With just a catback, panel filter, and flash I was able to make 275/290. The car felt a lot better then it did stock plus it still wasn't that loud.
