how rich or lean cams/no ecu reflashed?

I just wondering how rich or lean if I drive my car daily without reflash my ecu/cams. I've heard that it's fine but someothers say it's not good for the motor.

its fine u will still run rich if you have stock turbo @ 21PSI u might start to lean out up @ 6500RPMS.
