PO300 times 3, is my car a lemon?

Whats up, i just recently moved out to Cali and my car has thrown the P0300 code twice already!

So in its history the code has been thrown three times(once at 10k and now twice at 32k). My question is, could my car be eligible under lemon laws? It couldn't be the 91oct out here can it?

I think the California lemon law would only apply if you had started the process in California before the car had 12k miles on it. I could be wrong (wouldnt be the first time). You might find more info here:

The dreaded misfire code...doh! I didn't get the code until I installed my ECU+. Bought a ODB II scanner and clear the code each time it shows -- i think it has something to do with my timing adjustments I made at the lower end of the RPM band...
