ok...with all the happy people who are able to afford/get a evo VIII and Mitsu mass producing the VIII...what about the VII??i thought Mitsu was planning on releasing it to the U.S. public?even though i still can't afford either the VII nor the VIII i would still love to dream about being able to have a VII since i find the body style more(actually i'd love a Evo 4 or 5 but what can one do statewide to have a legal one of them)oh well...i'm babbleing...but what about the street legal Evo VII??

 

The only street legal 7's for the US are the one's imported through EI, and that's not even close to being for certain yet. The notion of the US getting an Evo VII via Mitsubishi has long since been dismissed. Way back in the day when we were all first hearing that the Evo would be released in the states, everyone was saying 7, but it quickly became obvious it would be the 8 and not the 7, and here we are.

 

That really pisses me off, I find the evo7 a much better look than the evo8, and ye I read that 2 on about.com that they were planning the "2004 evo VII US" I was, and still is, really pissed off at there stupid desicion, and then when I seen that sketch for a diff. design on the evo 8 I was more pissed becuase even taht looks better than this 8 design, the stupid triangle in the middle really ruins it all.
