No, the two companies have no ties, links, relationship or anything.

 

Incidentally, figured out what Jun B.L. stands for... the president of the company is Jun Byung Lim... hence the name. One thing I don't get is... Mitsubishi doesn't even exist in Korea. Where / how was the R&D on this thing performed?
