rallycross wheels and brakes

Hello all Evo Lovers
I am thinking to do rallycross and if I go smaller wheel of course I have to change big brembo to smaller one.
Can anyone tell me where should I look around to get more information about modification for off road.

Thank you

Well if you're wanting to change the brakes to smaller units then you could just grab the RS brakes off an evo4-9, the discs and calipers are all the same.

That'll allow you to run a 15" wheell, should be tons out there that will fit.

I also recommend looking into some suspension, but i'm hesitent to start recommending some shocks without knowing what sort of budget you have in mind.

so you're saying the RS brake rotors are smaller? Never heard that before. I know about the ABS deletion. Is the missing ABS and the smaller rotors related?
Can someone confirm this? My rs brakes in the front don't look they could be any bigger and still fit.

what he mean is the JDM evo RS brakes.. not the USDM evo RS..
cause the all the JDM evo cames in GSR and RS trim. the RS trim is intended for Racing only. and didn't come with brembos brakes like on the USDM evo both GSR , MR and RS forms.. it' cames with steelies 15's and smaller brake.. this was done with the intentions, that the new RS owner would be able to upgrade the brakes to their own specifications.
hope that help. ..
I don't know how crazy you want to do rallycross, but I know you can fitted a 2g DSM brakes on the Evo. Like the Turbotrix Evo did to fit their slicks..it prob will lower the braking ability of the evo compared to the Brembos..
