UTEC knock count help

My clutch is slipping a little and when I start to push on the gas the car knocks a little bit. The most knock that I am getting is 15. Is this to much or should I be ok until I change out the clutch?

Did you have the same amount of knock counts before your clutch started to slip? It sounds like real knock to me....

No I know that it is real knock because it started on the dyno. The only thing that I am really worried about is it going to bang up my engine pretty bad until I can get a clutch soon? It does not happen all that often maybe once every two days or so when I boost harder such as trying to get around traffic and stuff like that.

Do you know what's causing the knock? I don't understand what's happening. Since I don't have UTEC and don't see knock directly, I can't tell you if that amount of knock is dangerous. Can you richen up a little bit to reduce the knock, or is a non-fuel issue causing the knock? I don't know any correlation between a slipping clutch and knock counts unless there's some clutch noise or something? I can't help you with this, man, but you should be able to get some help from the UTEC forum in relation to the knock counts...

Alright maybe it could be the clutch noise because it only happens when it slips. The a/f ratio is 11.5 across the board. I will try to add just a hair more fuel to it and see what happens with it then. Thanks again for the help though
