thanks All... and yes, it is an MR.

my apologies on the small thumbnail pics... its the only way i could figure to post the pics since they were above the 100k size limit.

Dave Buschur is still working on the flash tune for the IX's... hopefiully should be out soon, although this is fine by me... as it gives me time to break it in.

I just picked it up on friday... and havent had much time in it, but i wil tell you that i am VERY impressed. (and the seats are badass) i havent gotten into it much, as i am one of those who break their car in easy.. but, the sotp dyno is strong.

as soon as it is broken in, and Buschur gets the flash done... i will give a full comparison between it and my 2004 z06.

by the way... the neighbors think i am a nut with these crazy cars.

Dean, congratulations...
I was up at Buschur on Thursday and saw your car getting put together... so I have first hand experience at how nice it looks...

Very nice indeed, I wish more dealerships and tuners had the relationship that Buschur and Medina Mitsubishi have, hopefully this will catch on to other dealerships across the country.

Be for you start comparing the two cars I wait to add some cams , fuel pump, head studs and a retune.

The cams make a the top end of the much better and it also has a really lopey idle, search around the forum for some videos of them installed on cars.

Congrats on the cars

offtopic: Can evo IX run the hks cams commonly used on the evo8 ?

Thumbs up

Congrats Dean.

I have been entouch with Matt at Medina because I am interested in a Evo. IX MR as well and will go with the BR350.

Spoke with Dave at BR and he said that they will soon have a reflash availible. I believe the car will make more hp than expected.

I plan on buying possibly in Jan. 06. I can't wait

thanks for the comments guys. i just turned 600 miles and changed the oil this past weekend. stoked to get it flashed (especially since seeing the results from the recent ECUTEK flash results), although Buschur wont be able to tune it for about another month or so, i may not be able to give a good comparison against the z06 until spring.

you know whats crazy... i LOVE and i mean LOVE my 2004 Z06. its my 3rd one... and they are a truly amazing car. but, since i picked up the BR330... i really havent paid much attention to the Z. i have been walking out to the garage and looking at the MR only. Silly huh! i may need to take the Z06 out this weekend, just to remind myself of its capability.

it has been raining quite a bit here in columbus ohio... so, the truck (daily driver) is all i have been driving lately... hopefully some clear weather is heading our way, and i can get some more seat time.

more to come.

later.
