EVO car cover

Alright guys. I need your help. I need a car cover for my EVO that is currently being shipped over to me. My cats already sit all over my current ride leaving damn cat prints and scratches. No be-be gun answer . Don't wanna pay $206 for cover from . Anyone with any luck from an aftermarket one? Good fitment, etc.?

You need to make yet another one of those tough decisions that life brings.

What is more important to you: Your cats or your car.

Cant beat the fit of the stock one, it accomodates the wing, antena, mirrors. My guess is that an aftermarket "universal" would either not cover the car all the way or would be too loose or big.

Understandably so, but because i'm only using it to protect my car in my own garage. Makes no sense to pay $206. Just wondering if someone had bought an aftermarket one that fit the wing and the rest of the car. It's worth a try! Thanks anyway.

Any decent car outside car cover, that's tailor made will be around $200.00.

I had one made, it has a soft lining and even fits over the antenna and wing.

An custom inside car cover should be about $100.00 or so.

there's a really good one made by Car covercraft (? I think?) and it's even called an "evolution". Not called that for our car as they make the Technalon Evolution, as they call it, custom cut for any number of vehicles. For about $200 you get a top of the line cover that IS custom fitted to our mirrors, antenna, and wing (the cutting is precisely made for the evo and it fits everything perfectly). I sold mine (on here) because I wasn't using it any more and the buyer was very happy with it as well. Do a Google search on car covers and you'll find it.

When I do use one I just use one from another car I used to have. It was originally for another 4 door sedan. Ya know what, it fits just fine. Just makes sure to secure it with the cord/lock thing so wind does blow it across the street.

so would most everyone be recommending to get the one from mitsu? as opposed to ebay..obviously the quality is going to be different..but is it that much better that the price difference is worth it?

I was the buyer! I am using this cover right now and its awsome. Great fitment, good quality and it has a small little "evolution" tag somewhere on it. its quite nice.
