Back to stock...Almost

Tonight after reading all these threads about not having any need for a BOV unless I turn up the boost I decided i'd take off the Greddy type S and my Dejon tool Upper IC pipe. So now all I have is my intake on there and the stock piping, now I just took it for a test drive and the pipe keeps popping off the exhaust manifold. Does anyone have any idea why this is happening everything is really snug I can post some pics tomorrow if needed.

Thanks.

There are no pipes going to the exhaust manifold. It connects directly to the block and the turbo.

The intake is poping off or the IC pipe is poping off? If the IC is poping off its because the clamp you have on their sucks and it cannot hold the boost. Turn down the boost or get a T-bolt clamp. I had this problem with the upper IC pipe before the TB, I put a T-bolt clamp on there and it hasn't moved since.

does anyone have pics of the HKS RS installed?? My setup seems to be REALLLLLY tight that might be why the upper ic is blowing off the intake manifold.
