Well I got the car started on wednesday at 3:30 in the morning! Unfortunatly it was then stuck in a car show on thursday untill today(sunday). Things sounds mean w/ the HKS 280s.Good thing is the car is so loud now I can't even hear the A1000 fuel pump now. Only problem is at real light throttle it bucks like a mule, push the pedal down a little farther and it will accelerate real smooth. Hopefully I just need to get the aem fine tuned and then get my 1000 break in miles.

Well the car made it to Buschur today! Wasn't planning on going WOT but plans changed. This was my first time ever seeing the shop and I must say how impressed I am. Awsome shop and cars there and even better customer service. Dave bent over backwards for me today and blew me away. Gave me alittle tour, got to hear the race car run! I was like a kid in a toy store. I would drive 3 1/2 hours any day to have him tune my car or work on it. I look forward to going back up there again in a week or so.

395 awhp and 368 trq at 6300 rpm and 24 psi. Going to go back up soon and swap in 1200cc injectors to get some driveability back and see if we can get some more power with a good tank of 94 oct and then move on to race gas.

Is that an AEM Serial Gauge here? If so, make sure you check the Coolant Sensor setting in V1.19. Looks like a pretty mean setup.

 

Yes it is. I actually don't have it hooked up yet. So its just kinda there for now.

 

are you running alky/meth...if not are you going to?

 

No alky injection. I'm not going to for safety reasons, and the car pulls like a raped ape without it.

The car is awesome and sounds mean as hell. Thanks for the ride today, I just had a feeling that a deer or something was going to come at us going over the hills, thank god nothing happened. I'm so jealous your car is cleaner than mine and has a bigger turbo . The work you did looks great.
