Does anyone know what size the LED's are on the dash I want to change it from orange to another color.

If by "dash" you mean instrument cluster, then the answer is that they are not LEDs but bulbs with colored caps on them. However just changing the bulb caps won't give you much of a different gauge color since they are also colored by printing red/orange on the back of the plastic sheets that the graphics are on.
I would assume that other interior parts are by bulb also, and not LED.

 

Think they are #74 bulbs for the most part.

 

pm Z_lancer_man and he can hook you up with all the stuff you need to change the color. BTW he replaces the bulbs with the LED of your color choice.
