Did Mitsu. take the EVO VII Off the assembely line?
I was wondering does 
still make any more evo VIIs for public retail, in any country?
and if they did, when did they stop?

All EVOs are made in Japan only. Like AiRicLy said, the production period has ended for a while. Mitsubishi has a limit on number of unit manufactured (10K unit worldwide for GSR and RS).
However, you should be able to find samples of new EVO VII in other country, especially those that were bought in large number by European dealerships
