Question Strange exhaust noise

I got a Buschur hfc magnaflow setup. From the very beginning, whenever it rains and I go over a puddle, the exhaust sound gets twice as loud with slight popping noises. This continues for a few seconds and then back to normal. I've reinstalled my exhaust twice already (got a ticket). The last time the exhaust was reinstalled it got even worse... now I hear the popping noizes whenever I take hard turns. Does this make any sence at all? Why would water trigger this? Anyone else experienced this? Please advise...

doesn't seem like backfiring.. that usually happens when you lift throttle. This noise is an overall louder exhaust with some popping. It can happen at cruize, idle or wot.
