The graphs will also be compared against an 05 mr stock and an 03 gsr stock.
Let's see em!

Just a quick question, heard that with the mivac head, the IX won't be able to make the power the VIII is. I don't under why this would be the case. And yes I have searched.

Of course I was talking about the new ECUs in the IX. Look at the title of this thread, and then look at my sig. I'm an S-AFC user with an 05 MR...

I also have kept track of the great numbers that the NorCal guys get on the S-AFC, but it just defies logic. I think the only way to get equivalent numbers to a flash is with injectors, which allows you to overcome that peak torque timing issue. Even so, the S-AFC is not as good as a flash regardless. It's best when used to tune at the track for race gas. What I haven't seen from them are track results to support the dyno results just like I always mention in other debates. The user "Racers" did a great job with his SAFC-tuned/cammed Evo by running 11.8 @ 114.5, but this was on race gas where the SAFC limitations are not seen He also has 720cc injectors, which is a $400 mod that applies to my comment above.

I'm not familiar with others from this region who are making power well above flashed evos with equivalent mods. Racers' car certainly isn't making more power than flashed cars with equivalent mods...
