Well, I'm not able to show a pic of a real evo 9, but I saw an awesome poster of one hanging on the wall at the dealership. I asked the sales lady where she got it from. She said that mitsu sends them random stuff. I ask her if she could get me one and she was like, well, probably not. Then she proceeds to turn around and unpin it from her wall in her office. she hands it to me and smiled. I thanked her about a millions times. though I'd share a pic of it with yall. it's pretty darn cool.

oh and I got some other great news. they're replacing my wing, calipers and steering wheel all under warranty.. party where ordered today. no fuss, nothing. I didn't even mention anything about the calipers, which only one of them have the clear coming off, but they are replacing all of them. they said if one's gonna do it. they probably all will. so, they ordered all new calipers.. I just figured I post something positive, for a change.

I def like that poster, too bad they don't make them in yellow......hehe. U are def lucky all i hear from mitsu dealers is just complains hopefully if anything goes wrong w mine i may just have to go all dressed up and flirt my a$$ off and see where that gets me

yeah, I was definately shocked to see how helpful they were.. By the way. The dealership I speak of is Hays mitsubishi in Madison, Tennessee (Rivergate area). They've got a black Evo 9 Gsr w/ SSl package.. I figured I'd shoot that out there for anyone in the south east lookin for an evo. They're gonna be gettin a White MR in a week or so..

yup.. they've already done it on one other person, my friends 03 Evo, and it had upgraded SS brake line, and aftermarket pads. Oh and the car is a Vishnu Stage 3. the only thing they wouldn't warranty, which I totally understand, is the trans. cause it's gotta an exedy twin disk clutch.

Just got my car back from Hays Mitsu. Got a new spoiler, brake calipers, hook vent, steering wheel, a/c control fix and the recall on the fan switch controller. All for free.. Terry Chapman, Service manage, is an outstanding guy. Hey took care of my car and me with out a bit of hassle. Heck he even watched me make a few passes up at Union hill(local drag strip). He's a hotroder him self, owning about 5-8 cars(toys) at a time. When I went to pick up the car it was all washed and clean. we where just standin there talkin about cars and he told me to look at his computer screen. Low and behold he was lookin at the Ralliart gearset for my car. He was like, " you need this for yours." I told him yea, that and the TRE transfer case upgrade. point being, It's pretty cool to be able to talk to your mitsu service manager about modding your car and just have $8,000+ in warranty work done.

Goes to show you that not all Mitsu Dealerships are bad.
