Post 06 Evo. brochure came today, and.......

06 Evo. brochure came today, and I was under told by the dealer that the MR would only be offered in Red, Grey, and Silver. ( I should know better than to believe what most salesmen say). But, the Mits. website shows the MR in Red, Silver, and Grey.

According to the brochure, the MR can be Blue, Red, Silver, Grey, and White.

Well this changes everything for me deciding what color I want. if the brochure is correct on colors.

Now White is my 1st choice if brochure is correct over Red and Grey.

Are there any new Evo. IX MR owners with pics. of the Blue or White MR?
or
Can anyone coment on to what is true on colors for the MR?

Not sure about blue. All others sound right.

Dealers have had the brochure for about 2-3 weeks. Stop by and get one if you like.

MR colors are Graphite Gray, Rally Red, Wicked White, and Apex Silver.

Thumbs up

So I was right about White. Blue maybe a choice as well according to the brochure.

Thanks Shivaswrath.

It would be nice to see pics of the white. And with what you are saying you saw and sat in, then White is my 1st choice.

Looks like this tread will be very informative due to information not being availible or on the website. Looks like some were already are unaware of the colors.

I requested the brochure from the Mits. website. No dealer in my area has them yet.

The brochure is a nice, only on the Evo.

This thread brings up a question in my mind....

Were there 05 Evo brochures? If so does anyone have extras? I always keep the brochure of cars Ive owned, and currently I have nothing for the Evo besides a Lancer book.

Electric Blue Pearl will be offered for the IX and MR

Just spoke with a Mits rep.

The website don't show Blue as a color choice but the brochure does.

I don't know how I missed the White before other than my computer being a slow loader

But the Blue isn't on the website and will be offered for both the IX and MR

Blue is now my second choice that makes it hard to decide between White and Blue without seeing them next to one another.

Guys, lets get this straight, I do have a Mitsubishi brochure for the 06 Evo 9.

I also have a MR and I was at the dealer purchasing a Evo 9 GG 10 days ago. I had plenty of brochures.

On the last pageof the Evo 9 brochure(double folding page) it breaks the colors down to:

Regular EVO 9: Labrador Black,
Electric blue pearl
Phoenix red
Cool Silver methalic
Graphite gray Pearl
Igloo White

Evolution 9 RS : Phoenix red
Igloo White

Evolution 9 MR: All of the above except the black

I hope this resolves the questions

I won't believe the blue MR until I see pictures, cause every dealership owner, regional Mitsu person, and manager/salesperson I spoke with while I was getting my car said no blue on the MR. Fireball himself works at a Mitsu store iirc. Find us some pics, I'd love to see an MR in blue!

To my knowledge, there will NOT be a blue MR.

Let it go people, not even the dealer website has it listed as a POSSIBLE search option, which means it most likely will never be.

I haven't seen a blue MR either so all I can say is that the Mitsubishi brochure is mistaking..
