Strange noise when down shifting..

I have a 2004 with 30k on it and it's all stock! The clutch is fine it's not slipping at all.

Anyways when I downshift from 4th to 3rd or 3rd to 2nd I hear this rubbing noise? It sounds something similiar to when a breakpad is worn all the way down.

Everything else seems fine.

Any ideas?

Thanks

My 03 does it too. I fairly sure its the throw out bearing. F--- It drive it till it breaks or clutch slips so bad I cant even drive it. Than Ill replace the clutch assembly.
