i would not want to buy a car with that kind of story attached to it, but thats just me.

He claims less than 100 miles but under the vechicle decription it says 223 miles?!?!?

It's no 28K anyway. Look at the "Buy it Now"........31K. Add tax, tag, title..........Just go to the dealer and get the whole warranty (i know Mitsu warranty stink) instead of transferable warranty which lowers the years on warranty.
