Dude relax....one thing I can tell you for sure is that Jon is not going to screw you over. I have dealt with him before and he told me sometimes he takes his phone off of the hook just so that he can get caught up on his work. He may be running behind, but he will get it done, and you will not be dissatisfied when you see the end result.

 

There must be some sort of mistake or miscommunication here. Jon isn't the kind of guy to jerk people around at all. He runs a first-rate business by all intents and purposes.

I'm sure that some serious exception has occurred here, and that it will be resolved shortly.

Yeah WTF did I miss here while I was gone and what does a guy have to do in order to get a PM when there is a concern? I'm sure that I'm not the only shop who wants to know that answer
