It's an option for the Evos in japan, choice of 3 knobs including that one, or just keep the leather one.

i think thats a stock knob from an 06 MR it looks very similar to my 05 MR knob except mine is spherical... i bet you cant get it in the states it prob an excessory for everywhere else in the world except here in the states like everything else :[

It may be heinous, but what I hear it is good for an added 8 to 12 whp.
