I wouldn't buy a lemon buy for a very cheap price. For that price you can buy a new one!

Why was it Leamoned? They should give you a free Transfer-case,clutch, and labor for the duration of the loan! It depends on why it was lemoned, study all the paperwork, and talk to the previous owner. they should supply that number. How much are they asking? ask the questions away, everyone on here is here to try and help you! They have surely helped me!!!!

My Bad, I thought the 27XXX was the mileage! you can buy a modded one for less than that! walk away, and go under cars for sale. you will find good ones there. Theres an MR for 30K, and a Highly modded AMS car for 30K also! good luck!

you can do a lot better than that. dont settle for a lemon buy back especially at that price.

Ive looked at the car being talked about and the buy back was due to transmission noise. The car is nice, but pending what you can get it for would be a deal breaker.

Why dont you just get the 06 rs they have, only 3k more.

I asked the dealer what he wanted out of the car ballpark figure and he told me 26,000. It seems like a good dealer to buy from Wayne seemed like a good guy, he let me drive the evo and then a 06 eclipse.

I would never buy a modded car because you never know how it has been treated. If you are not sure about the car take it and get it looked at befor you buy it. The dealer will let you and if he does not then there may be something wrong with the car and that is when you walk away cause there are other Evo's out there.

did you sell the parts off of your spec V ?? The silver 04 is the test drive car for the dealership.
pretty good idea too bad it does not have the bigger turbo.
