How many ppl expecting IX MR at invoice

BTW, here in Raleigh, NC I went to a local dealer and surprisingly they had a white '05 MR that they were interested in selling a $500 over invoice ($34500 out the door) with an $800 interior upgrade kit of some sort.
The catch was that it had 550 miles on it because it was allegedly transferred from a GA dealership and they f'in drove it here. Plus the salemen "take it out" ever once in a while.
If you ask me, it needs to go at $1000 under the true invoice.
Edit: I found a source for invoice on the '06s:

I just bought a IX MR at a great price at Huntington Beach Mitsu. The deal was contingent on me not revealing the price, but it was great! And the guys there are cool as all heck.
(And NO, I do not work for them or know anyone who does, I just had a great experience there)

Unreal invoice
Guys just so you know what the dealers want us to believe is that "invoice price" is what they paid for the car and therefore they won't sell cars for this price or lower. This is not necessarily true. What they pay for their cars depends on several factors (size, season, rebates, etc) and it can get thousands below the knows invoice price. So it is possible to buy a car at the official invoice price or even lower. Just thought this needed to be cleared up.
