From those many threads, I would derive my own conclusions based off the thousands of previous answers to the same question.

What I would NOT do:

First, I would not create a new thread asking a Frequently Asked Question. Next, I would not take any of the suggestions in this thread so far, because they lack necessary detail concerning brand/prices, and because none of them so far use up all of your cash. I have answered this same question many times with an exact breakdown of brands/prices, so instead of answering again, I will point to my sig and mention that the combined street value of my mods new is $1500, which is good enough for 12.3-12.4 on 93oct and 12.0-12.1 on race gas.
Yes. I understand where your coming from.. however.

I don't wanna know what others would do with $4000 or whatever. I wanna know what people would do EXACTLY with the amount I have to possibly spend. I don't wanna go sifting through other peoples treads trying to find parts that would add up to around what I have to spend.

Therefore I began my own thread asking WHAT "I" wanted to know. THe people who don't wanna answer, don't have to. But with all the people on this forum, there are bound to be people who would be willing to reply.

Thanks.

This is what I am thinking right now:

AMS TBE
Forge UNOS
Defi Gauges
Dynoflash or TurboTrix or AMS (depending on how it turns out) Mail-In Flash
Forget it, unless you are a top notch driver, you cannot even hope to use 8/10s of the car's potential. Also, all those mods come with some drawbacks. Have you considered upgrading the driver? $1200~$2000 is about right for some great performance driving schools

I can translate all of that into 3 simple words: "I am lazy."

I wasn't talking about threads concerning $4k, $3k, $5k, or $1k. I was referring to threads asking about $1500-$2000. Did you miss the part where I said my full list of mods would cost you $1500? There's a reason I pointed that out...it's because I've answered the same question many times already.

And there, before the grace of God, went another "stock is good enough" post...

Anyhow, here's my answer:

K&N drop in: 62.95
DS 2500 pads, front and rear: 195 + 95
SS brake lines (Goodrdige): 96
Motul RBF600 brake fluid 1/2litre: 14.95
Perrin downpipe, test pipe, cat back: 1103.95

This should leave you with 432.15 to re-flahs your car depending on what you want to do, mail in or whatever.
