Like most people on these boards, I have no real commitment to any particular vendor. Sometimes I buy from Lancer Shop. Other times I'll buy from Z1. Occasionally I'll just swing by Gruppe-S and pick it up in person if it's something I need right away. Well from now on that's gonna change. It's nothing any of the other vendors did wrong, it's just the great customer service I got from Gruppe-S today.

Last month I bought a JDM part from them that really didn't fit that well. I spent hours trying to make it work. I even came by the shop on a Saturday morning because Tom wanted to help me out. In the end it just wasn't working out so I removed the part, put it in the package, and brought it with me when I picked up my Tanabe downpipe today. I wasn't really expecting a refund but they gave me a FULL refund anyway. I was really impressed. Customer for life. Thanks Tom!

Yeah, I've purchased quite a bit of my mods from Gruppe-S and I always get treated like their favorite customer. Things like that will keep people coming back again and again.

I use gruppe-S quite a bit, but I'm like how you used to be, I'll skip around from lancershop, to Titan, etc etc.

I refuse to use Vivid again though, I have boycotted them.

 

Yea they got my business also. I bought JDM Tranny from them No probs @ all! works way better than the USDM! A++++

 

I have not bought anything from Gruppe-S, but keep hearing great things about them
My #1 vendor is Lancer Shop, i have bought everything that my car has from them

 

Some of us would step over a quarter to save a nickel. I know because I've been guilty myself. In the end you can't really put a dollar amount on a vendor committed to your long term business.

 

like my wife will burn $3 in gas to save 50 cents
