EVO VII comming to CANADA?
I just read a post on www.imprezawrxsti.com that said the Evo would be out in Canada in April '02 and in the US by August '02. This comes from from the same person who had some supposed inside info on the STi. I don't see why Canada would get the car before the US though, unless Mitsubishi wants to start sales off in Canada with a BANG! Here is the post I was referring to: http://www.imprezawrxsti.com/phpbb/v...=89&forum=5&31
Would you believe me if I said that guy is full of it when he says that the EVO will be available in Canada in April 2002? The clearest indicator of this is that there are no Mitsubishi dealerships anywhere in Canada... none whatsoever.
They will start building the network sometime in 2003 according to Mitsu. Not sure where this guy is getting his info from... I mean I hope it's true but April is 2 months away and there is no dealer network... nor has a production spec EVO (CDM or USDM or JDM) even been shown in an auto show here... ever.

You can bet your sister that I'll be at the Toronto International Car Show bugging the Mitsubishi reps though as they are supposed to make an appearance there. I don't even know if they are MMSA or Mitsu of Canada reps though and don't know if there will be a production EVO7 there. Only time will tell.

I think North America in general gets the bended knee royal latex glove treatment.
As you read this, there are trucks in a state of disrepair spouting tons of pollutants idling everywhere.
Hey Docious, how many times do I have to tell you... we use dogsleds not ice skates! Emissions are much worse though!

And every so often one falls through the ice but no worries because dogs grow on trees up here.
