The dark side of RNR Racing
I have to agree with you Robert. I have purchased items from RnR and while initially there were some problems, Ryan went out of his way to make things right for me. I have nothing but positive things to say about ALL of their products. Everyone that has seen them in person are impressed with both the quality and performance.
I would like to reinterate what some others have stated, "if you haven't bought from them, you've got nothing to say".

As we all witnessed, RNR went through a period of growth in the past during which they couldn't maintain their customer service levels. Fortunately, Ryan seems to have corrected the problem and I have seen nothing but positve posts recently. This is especially significant for RNR, becuase there was a period when a new thread started weekly about RNR and their problems.
Unfortunately, every business will have problems. A true measure of the business is how they deal with these problems.

I will also add that I have been a harsh critic of RNR in the past and their poor customer service. A year ago, I would have warned anyone to avoid doing business with RNR. However, as I posted earlier, they have worked hard to improve these issues and seem to be doing a good job of keeping their customers happy. Now, if they can just figure out how to make people like you that have never done business with them happy.

I bought an exhaust from them in September. Here's my experience.
The bad:
1) I was on a bit of a timeline and they didn't "rush" ship it like we discussed when I ordered it.
The good:
1) When I called them on the shipping problem, they apologized and threw in an O2 housing free of charge.
2) The quality of the exhaust is top notch. Beautiful workmanship, killer sound and great power gains.
From my personal experience, I would do business with them again in a heartbeat.
