Mitsubishi Buyout or Pullout?

My dealer just told me that his parts delivery problems are in part to a buy out by Mercedes (Daimler/Chrysler). I had heard they were selling off their stock in Mitsubishi. Anyone heard what's really going on??

Parts delivery problem? What problem is he talking about? Him getting parts from MMNA? A stock buy/sell has nothing to do with parts availability to a dealer. The pdc may have been out of stock or he forgot to order something and he is telling you astory or any number of reasons. Daimler Chrysler did not buy out anything. Months ago they sold their share in MMNA but that has nothing to do with parts availabilty.
