Video how to help?

I made a video how to for installing fuel injectors, it seemed that our injector thread was a little out dated. Do you all think this is a pretty decent idea?

I've only been wrenching cars for about 10 months, and I had never done anything like this before, so it intimidated me. I made the video and I'm in the process of getting it up and hosting it, but I'm curious to see what you all think about this idea?

There's the video, it's over 7 megs, it's like 10 minutes long, it's honestly a little dry and boring and I hate my own voice, but if I would have had this video it would have helped a ton.

hey man, thumbs up, it takes ba%%s to do one of these videos, post it and not have dudes posting negative comments.

1- For starters, thank you.
2- Even if your hollywood skills are not up to par, you still posted an imformative video.
3-When will you be doing a cam install? LOL
4-Or Fuel Rail? LOL
5- Continue to post these videos, I'm sure it will help someone out.
6- Heck, video all your installs.LOL

BTW, The how-to's are good but not perfect, they usually skip a step or two that perhaps the person who did the write-up eliminated or forgot to include, when stuff like that happens, it usually causes a little delay, you made sure you covered it all.

I applaud our daring Evo Brother.

You can basically do the fuel rail or the fuel pressure regulator from this video, there's a part where I'm talking about the two bolts on the FPR, and the 2 bolts on the fuel supply side (they're red). All you do is unbolt those bolts and slide the fuel rail right out.

I would do a cam install (never did cams either) but I already paid to have someone do it. IMO the next one that I do will be do it yourself alky kit, or a big turbo kit. Won't be for a while, but I have to admit video taping what you're doing is a lot easier then taking pictures.

I just wish it were someone elses voice on the video =p
