HID help?

Just recently I purchased an HID kit from xenonpros.com, there 6000k plug and play kit. The whole installation went fine but soon after I started to notice one of the lights would dim or dull out at random times? I still havnt changed my stock fuses yet from 7.5 wats to 15wats is what I have been told will make the HIDs run better and brighter? A friend of mine was telling me the HIDs weren't pointing in the same direction and that I have to turn a knob on the side of where the bulb sites to even them out? I'm not sure which one is the problem or if both are just looking from some help. I have an 05 Evo non ssl package. Thanks again.

It's not the fuse. It will either pass the power or blow. It won't act as resistance unless it blows, and then your headlights will be out completely. I don't see how adjusting your light to point in any certain direction would keep it from dimming either.

My guess it's the fixture you bought, and has nothing to do with the car.
