Evo8.com Customers

350zforums.com and Evo8.com Customers

On November 1st, Injected Performance purchased Evo8.com and 350zforums.com from David Stoner at IPDG. Due to reasons beyond our control, it has taken nearly a month and a half to obtain access to the websites and effectively transition the business to us. We understand that during this delay, customer satisfaction has dropped significantly. All customer orders were out of our control until Monday of this week. Prior to that time, all orders were handled by IPDG. I have recently obtained access to past orders and will be working to identify all problems throughout the coming week.

I ask that anyone who has ordered products after November 1st and has a problem or has not received them to please email me at greg@injectedperformance.com. I will look through each and every one of your emails and contact you to discuss any issues. If you would, please include any pertinent information you have regarding your order, including products ordered, how the order was placed, method of payment and all relevant dates.

We sincerely regret any problems you have faced and we hope these can be resolved as soon as possible.

I had a order placed for Ferodo DS-2500 brake pads front and rear. This was with the old owner David I guess. So I did what all of you are doing which is calling and emailing. About 3 weeks later I got an email from Greg at Injected Performance in regards to my complaint. He had stated in order to clean up the situation, that he'll pay for my shipping as well as the items I ordered. Greg does have his hands full with other orders but at least he is making efforts to clean up Davids crap. Greg's customer service regarding this issue was great. If it wasn't for him Evo.com would have lost a valuable customer!

I just want to vouch for injected performance..
I have ordered numerous parts through them and they
always arrived promptly w/out any problems.
Customer service was always great as well.

Hopefully, as most businesses are...time will allow for
more efficient operations

i give big thumps up for injected performance.i just recently ordered a big order and get it in time manner and nice packagin..customer service was nice and very smooth..will buy from them again and again..

Injected Performance has been good to me as well. I hope the ensuing mess the Evo8.com has stuck them with doesn't hurt their reputation.
