same chassis for 3 generations? unlikely

 

My mistake. I always thought (without doing any research as you can tell) that the IV, V, and VI were all the CP9A chassis and I've just discovered I'm wrong. So you can scratch my opinion now.

For the record, since I made an uneducated guess earlier:

Evo I: CD9A
Evo II-III: CE9A
Evo IV: CN9A
Evo V-VI T.M.E.: CP9A
Evo VII-VIII: CT9A

 

The word on the street on Japan is that the EVo VIII is the last of the shape, CZ is the new Evo for the end of next year,it sould be on sale in NZ at the end of 2004

 

Doesnt look tooo bad... might actually be out future Evo IX... ive heard talk about it, but not sure how it will look or perform.... im happy with the Evo VIII for now, worry about the new IX later...
