Did the dealer erase my tune?

I had my transfer case replaced and ever since ive got the car back it feels a lot different like its pulling timing...is there any way they could have unintentionally or intentionally reflashed my car back to a default setting?

anythings possible thats a crappy situation. Save up and get it retuned. Though I cant see why they would even touch you ECU when replacing a TC

Do you have the boost controlling flash? If so, you can probably see it on your boost gauge.

Yes i was tuned by Al a few months ago and i dont know whether the dealer reflashed it or my car is doing something else all together like pulling timing,or leaking boost. I have a strange feeling that its the LICP where it meets the turbo....is this spot known to be notirous for boost leaks? For the sake or argument...if i put the gasket in backwards would it cause a leak?

If it the lower I/C pipe you should be able to hear it. After I had the dealership change my clutch out, the lower I/C pipe was leaking bad. I used the gasket with RTV and it sealed up nice.

I know the feeling when you think your car should be performing better than it is, but your not sure. It sucks! good luck

if you had the rev limit raised in your flash, u should beable to tell by revving it, whether or not the flash was erased.
