The Evos From The Fast and Furious 3: Tokyo Drift!
Its just one of those things that everyone that knows alot about imports has to go see. I dunno about the rest of you but for me being all about the JDM scene I am going to be crying in the theaters.
1. Based in Japan but shot in L.A. hmm okay that makes sense up the budget alittle bit
2. The S15 was probably the only quality car in those pictures besides the Veilside Rx-7(orange and black car)
3. Being that its shot in L.A. I guess cancels out the fact that touge or mountain pass runs will be in the movie. Thats a huge part of Japans car scene.
4. Those dragon vinyls on the 350z's make me want to puke. I'm glad they have the veilside rx-7 in there but I highly doubt it is going to be used for anything other than show in the movie with a price on that widebody kit being as outrageous as it is.
5. Do some freaking research on Japan's style. Use parts from C-west and what not. There are a ton of knock offs available based on real JDM goods if they are really on a budget.
6. I cant wait to see how they portray tuning/Drifting in Japan and what the storyline will be in this one. Im glad the others have to do with drugs, dropping 12g's on one race, car thieving, and 5 mile long 1/4 mile races.
7. I live in Delaware and you could give me a $200 camera and some film and I could make a better movie than these that will actaully show you what street racing/ drifting is all about, and yes i said in Delaware haha.

That sounds exciting
Although, I look forward to the value of my 89 S13 skyrocketing with the release of this movie. I hope to sell it to some dumba** for 8 times what I paid for it who gets all excited about drifting by the mad driftz in the movie
Shaun Boswell, who has always been an outsider. A loner at school, his only connection to the indifferent world around him is through illegal street racing -- which has made him particularly unpopular with the local authorities. To avoid jail time, Shaun is sent out of the country to live with his uncle in the military, in a cramped apartment in a low-rent section of Tokyo. In the land that gave birth to the majority of modified racers on the road, the simple street race has been replaced by the ultimate pedal-to-the-metal, gravity-defying automotive challenge ... drift racing, a deadly combination of brutal speed on heart stopping courses of hairpin turns and switchbacks. For his first unsuccessful foray in drift racing, Shaun unknowingly takes on D.K., the "Drift King," with ties to the Yakuza, the Japanese crime machine. The only way he can pay off the debt of his loss is to venture into the deadly realm of the Tokyo underworld, where the stakes are life and death.

im scared what this movie is going to do to the US drifting scene...from what i read it sounds like lil bow wow is gonna be the most well known actor in this movie which i think is pathetic....also i guess the oldest son from home improvement is going to be one of the main characters also...no lies...the line up for the actors/actresses is hillarious...i doubt this movie will even make it to theaters
