I wish they could have contacted me about the delay.

 

Its been almost 2 MONTHS and I have not heard back I ordered a IX Rear around November 23rd and I got an email saying it would be shipped the 3rd week of December, but that was the last I heard from them....I havent usually heard bad things about Gruppe-S, that's the main reason that I ordered from them, but lately customer service has REALLY SUCKED. I expect to get somewhat of a discount or response soon before I cancel the order and/or call BBB

That's terrible.

At least my JDM BOX is neither expensive nor hard to get like th Evo IX bumper.

If I were you I'd ask for a discount or a free part.

The BBB won't do much unless there is a long history of poor service from a vendor, or a very expensive item is involved.

I dealt with the BBB once regarding service I recieved from a local Audi dealership that serviced my old car, and it went nowhere.

 

There's another similar thread on Gruppe-S.....maybe its just the holidays and they are short staffed.....give 'em a break.......i'm sure it'll arrive soon.

back in october i ordered a jdm mr bov , walbro fuel pump, a helix catch can and helix intercooler pipes . i received every thing put the intercooler pipes they were on backorder they never showed up so when i called i was told it was missing pieces and they was gonig to piece me a set togetherand told no thanks and got a refund .

 

wow i didnt know you had a thread on this also, hopefully they can handle this situation and get everything to everyone who has ordered.
