It would be nice to find who did it. I came home at about 1 AM that night and my girlfriend woke me up at 6:30 the next morning on her way to work, so somwhere between that time

Even if people hated STi's, thats no reason to hate you for what happened. It f'in sucks that people out there are too senseless to take into account what you might feel like when you wake up and find your wheels gone. Idiots. Hope you get this resolved soon.
