Is it normal

I s it normal to crave driving the new IX? No that is not my question my real question is on the new IX when you are shifting from lets say 2nd to 3rd you let off the gas push in the clutch are the RPM's supposed to stay where you let of the gas, ex WOT 2nd to 3Rd 6,500K RPm clutch in shouldnt the RPM going down as soon as the clutch is engaged? Or is the tuning of the IX allow the RPM's to stay up so the turbo spools quikly?

Edit: Sorry wrong place to post

Did you disconnect your clutch switch or is it still functional (launch limiter)? If it is not working properly or disconnected the RPM will tend to hang at WOT after the clutch is engaged.
