Never had any problems with Lancershop.com. They have the most competative prices.

I have to agree with Aux to a certain extent; I had a bad experience with

Lancershop and it was rectified once I asked to speak to the manager (the sales woman was extremely rude).

Here is my point: I have NO problem whatsoever if the technical aspect of the order is screwed up (i.e. they send the wrong part – I won’t like it but I’ll live with it), my problem is when they are rude, have no knowledge of the situation, and treat customers like sheep. To make a point, I once had an issue with an order placed with WORKS; it took wayyyyy longer than it needed to, items were wrong etc…I was disappointed but Jamie was so gracious and understanding about the whole thing, that my anger fizzled away.

VENDORS: treat your customers like you would want to be treated…without us, you don’t make a living (keeping in mind of course that there ARE some customers that are beyond any “help” from anyone).

Just my 2 cents

Ahh we were due for one of these threads. Sorry for your troubles boss, hope it all works out.

I normally only give my business to active posters on Evolutionm, and even then I really only like to give my business to people that actually post in Evo General. I like to see that the guy I'm giving my money is actively involved in our love, and not just here to make money.

I have had great success with the Lancer Shop. I only deal with Justin and he always gets things done right. If you have a problem pm him direct, he will resolve it. This is his profile

i had a bad experience with lancershop too. i ordered a gauge pod from them ...saying that it was "in stock." kept checking my order status...kept saying delayed. so i finally call, the lady seemed dazed and confused. she reported it too their customer affairs place saying that they would call in 24 hours, 2 weeks pass before they call asking if i received it. i told them to cancel my order. they did...and never charged. kinda pissed me off.

As far as recommendations go, Buschur is the best. Jarrod and Nick know what customer service means.

Against my friends advice against Lancershop.com I ordered a short shifter and shifter retainer from Lancershop last week. The prices are great and they have quit a selection. I recieved my shifter but...no shifter retainer. So, I called and apparently the shifter retainer is on a 10 day back order. I guess they forgot to let me know that when they were charging it to my credit card. So now, I have a shifter that I cant install until I have the retainer. When is it gonna get here? Who knows. I was told sometime this week.
